Whitney Simmons is one of the biggest female influencers that Gymshark have signed, with a lot of her launches selling out in under 24 hours.
This collection was Whitney’s 4th iteration for the brand.
This campaign was shot in Super 8 as well as digital formats, so combining the two was a lot of fun, working with light leaks and organic film burns to create something that felt very true to Whitney’s brand as well as encompassing Gymshark’s style too.
I leaned a lot on the sound design for this project to push the arc of the videos to give it a nostalgic and airy feel.
There were a number of deliverables for this campaign: 30s, 15s and 6s in 16x9, 9x16, 1x1, 2x3 and 4x5 as well as moving banners for the App, website and mobile web.
